The 2016 MTV Movie Awards are going to take place next Sunday April 10, 2016 and I am very excited to see all of the stars kinda let their hair down a little (figuratively of course) for the most relaxed movie awards of the year. Anna Kendrick is nominated for Best Female Performance for Pitch Perfect 2 and is part of the films nominated Ensemble Cast. I would love to see Anna embrace the bright colors of the current season with this gorgeous chartreuse Monique Lhuillier Pre-Fall 2016 structured sheath silhouette cocktail dress with a jewel neckline, aqua 3D floral applique, and a mini length hem. I think that this is a fun and flirty look, which is something that Anna hasn’t worn in a while, and I think that she would look absolutely amazing in it. Anna has always been one to choose some sort of fun shoe to pair her red carpet looks with and I think that the Stuart Weitzman bi-color blue ‘Sultry’ sandals would ensure that this dress is styled perfectly for the MTV Movie Awards red carpet. 
I have a feeling we are about to see a lot of black from Charlize Theron on the red carpet as she promotes her latest film The Huntsman: Winter’s War. One stop Charlize is set to make is at the 2016 MTV Movie Awards, where she is also nominated for Best Female Performance, Best Fight, and Best Hero all for her film Mad Max: Fury Road. I bet that Charlize wears a Dior look on the red carpet and I think that this black ruffled Christian Dior Spring 2016 Couture flamenco inspired cocktail dress would be a perfect choice. We won’t see many stars wear couture for the MTV Movie Awards but Charlize is one of the few who I can picture wearing the brand on the red carpet. I would add a pair of black suede Christian Louboutin ‘Pigalle Follies Clair de Lune’ pumps embellished with multicolored strass to add a touch of sparkle and color to this look. A chic bun and a red lip would add the perfect finishing touches to this red carpet look for Charlize, even if it is black. 
Elizabeth Banks is always a favorite of mine on the red carpet. She rocked a caped Ralph & Russo Couture wide legged jumpsuit for the Vanity Fair Oscar Party and I can not wait to see what she will bring to the red carpet for the MTV Movie Awards next Sunday. Elizabeth is part of the nominated Ensemble Cast’s of both Pitch Perfect 2 & The Hunger Games: Mockingjay – Part 2 and has never met a red carpet she hasn’t liked. I picked this Dion Lee Fall 2016 RTW strapless fit to flare embellished navy cocktail dress for Elizabeth as it is classic and sexy with a hint of edge, something that Elizabeth likes to add to her red carpet looks. Keeping things interesting I would add a Jimmy Choo ‘Sweetie’ denim crinkled lamé fabric acrylic clutch and a pair of dark grey Jimmy Choo ‘Claudette’ anthracite lamé glitter fabric sandals to ensure that the edge and the glam of this look are continued. The perfect finishing touches of this look would be a chic, modern updo, a crystal earcuff, and a red lip would round out this look perfectly.
Leslie Mann is part of a duo with Chris Hemsworth nominated for Best Kiss for their kiss in Vacation at the MTV Movie Awards, and Leslie has really never met a red carpet she didn’t like. I think that we are bound to see Leslie step out on the red carpet. I picked this mint blue Monique Lhuillier Fall 2016 RTW cocktail gown rendered in guipure lace, features a structured skirt with a high-low hem and allover floral embroidery for Leslie to wear on the red carpet. It might be a little much for this red carpet but then again Leslie usually goes for looks that are just a little too much for the red carpet. Just a simple pair of nude Christian Louboutin ‘So Kate’ pointed toe pumps, a light pink lip, a a loose updo would add the perfect finishing touches to this red carpet look. 
Last up for today is the gorgeous Olivia Munn. On Oscar night Olivia went from modern glam in an orange Stella McCartney gown on the red carpet at the ceremony to a more lizard like J. Mendel gown at the Vanity Fair Oscar Party. Stella made my Best Dressed list and the J. Mendel made my Worst Dressed list. I am hoping that Olivia gives me another best dressed worthy moment at the MTV Movie Awards and I think that this deep purple Cushnie et Ochs Fall 2015 RTW ‘Maxine’ stretch duchess cutout cocktail dress would give her that moment. This very sexy moment would just be elevated ever so much more with a pair of black Christian Louboutin ‘Circus City’ peep toe pumps, sleek pushed back locks, & a red lip would just help Olivia ooze sleek sex appeal.

2016 MTV Movie Awards Red Carpet Wish List Part 1
Next Sunday (April 10, 2016) the stars of Hollywood’s biggest films will gather at Warner Bros. Studios in Burbank, California for the 2016 MTV Movie Awards. Alicia Vikander is not nominated for her Academy Award winning performance in The Danish Girl, instead nominated for her Golden Globe and BAFTA nominated performance in Ex-Machina. We saw Alicia wear Louis Vuitton to all the big awards shows this year but I am hoping that she gives the brand a break for the 2016 MTV Movie Awards and snatches this Mary Katrantzou Fall 2016 RTW long sleeve, lace, embroidered cocktail dress off the runway. I think that Alicia could take this complicated multicolored abstract embroidered dress and make it work on the red carpet with effortless ease. I would add a pair of strappy blue Louis Vuitton ‘Islands’ sandals and a pair of Louis Vuitton Fine Jewelry ‘Dentelle de Dimantis’ diamond drop earrings, to ensure her Louis Vuitton ambassador duties are taken care of. Chic loose waves and a pink lip would ensure that Alicia has a beautiful moment on the MTV Movie Awards red carpet. 
Brie Larson is nominated for Breakthrough Performance for her Academy Award winning performance in Room. Brie has also been a breakout star on the red carpet scene as well as on the acting scene. The biggest labels threw some of the most gorgeous clothes at her all awards season, culminating in her beautiful Gucci gown at the Oscars. The MTV Movie Awards red carpet is much more relaxed than most of the red carpets that Brie walked during awards season. This deep purple Christian Dior Fall 2016 RTW crystal embroidered, asymmetric neck, long sleeved, mini dress would make for a perfect red carpet moment for Brie. I think that this edgy version of a classic look would make for a gorgeous red carpet moment. I would have the sleeves tailored to a natural length, no oversized length for anyone I dress, have Brie style her hair into a sleek low bun, and add a pair of metallic grey Jimmy Choo ‘Liddie’ anthracite lamé glitter and mirror leather platform sandals to ensure this is another chic red carpet moment for Brie. 
Up next is Dakota Johnson who is nominated for Breakthrough Performance and Best Kiss (with Jamie Dornan) for Fifty Shades of Grey at the 2016 MTV Movie Awards. Dakota has continued to grow with her red carpet looks (her How To Be Single promo tour was KILLER) and I am truly excited to see what she will bring to the red carpet next Sunday night. I picked this awesome black and white J. Mendel Pre-Fall 2016 cocktail dress rendered in crepe and features a sheath silhouette with a v-neckline, a flounced bodice, and corded embellished trim for Dakota to wear for the MTV Movie Awards. I think that this is the perfect casual glam look for Dakota to choose for her red carpet appearance. I decided to spice up this look with a pair of Christian Louboutin ‘Cosmopump’ pink lip printed and crystal strass embellished pumps (to commemorate Dakota and Jamie’s nominated kiss.) Finish the look with a wavy bob and a red lip to complete this perfect red carpet ensemble. 
Gigi Hadid was missed at this years Oscar parties, instead working the catwalks in Milan, but Gigi is confirmed as one of the evenings presenters for the MTV Movie Awards next Sunday. I am really hoping Gigi brings it to the red carpet, like she usually does. I picked this sexy and sporty Atelier Versace Spring 2016 Couture black and yellow illusion cutout long sleeved mini dress for Gigi as I love to see her in Versace and is perfectly appropriate for the MTV Movie Awards red carpet. I would continue with the sexy nature of this gown adding a pair of black Christian Louboutin ‘Amazoula’ knee high strappy gladiator sandal boots, sexy waves, and a red lip so that Gigi flaunts what she’s got on the MTV Movie Awards red carpet. 
Many people are fatigued with Jennifer Lawrence as a Dior girl, myself included. There have only been a handful of looks form the partnership that I have actually really love. Earlier this year Jennifer said, in partnership with her stylists Jill & Jordan, that she would be “taking her style back into her own hands.” and I am hoping that means that she will be taking her Dior responsibilities a little lighter. For the MTV Movie Awards (where JLaw is nominated for Best Female Performance for Joy, Best Action Performance & Best Hero for The Hunger Games: Mockingjay – Part 2) I would love to see Jennifer wearing this black Aquilano.Rimondi Fall 2016 RTW slip dress for the red carpet. I have always championed simpler looks for Jennifer as I think that they suit her the best and I think that this would just look ever so chic on her. I did not keep her totally away from Dior (as a Brand ambassador should never be without the brand that they represent) but I kept it with a pair of black calfskin Christian Dior floral embellished pointed toe pumps, and Dior Haute Jewelry with a pair of white gold “Plumetis Émeraude” drop earrings and cocktail ring with diamonds, emeralds and tsavorite garnets to complete this sexy yet sophisticated look for Jennifer. 
Rounding out today’s wishes is Best Male Performance nominee Michael B. Jordan. As regular readers know I only post wishes for men if they have a track record of wearing interesting things on the red carpet, and Michael has consistently brought the fashion factor. For the MTV Movie Awards I wanted to go with something that mixed formal suiting with a relaxed edge, enter the Tom Ford Spring 2016 Menswear collection. Usually when one thinks of Tom Ford and menswear it goes back to the classic black tuxedo, but Tom has been making menswear interesting recently and I think that this ensemble would be perfect for Michael to wear on the red carpet. The leather jacket over a black henley sweater and white t-shirt paired with a pair of black suit pants just screams MTV Movie Awards red carpet to me. I wouldn’t change the styling except to add a killer watch and a pair of black Christian Louboutin ‘Gondolaclou’ metallic python and spike embellished sneakers to add just a little extra pizzazz to this look.
2016 Academy of Country Music Awards Red Carpet Wish List
The 2016 Academy of Country Music Awards will take place at the Garden Arena at the MGM Grand in Las Vegas on Sunday night. I don’t usually watch the Academy of Country Music Awards, and this year isn’t going to be any different, but there is usually some interesting fashion that comes out of the red carpet. One to watch at this years Academy of Country Music Awards is Cam. The country crooner stepped out in a lemon printed Dolce & Gabbana dress at the 2015 CMT Music Awards and a dramatic Georges Chakra Couture gown at the 2016 Grammy Awards. While they are very stereotypical country music awards red carpet looks at least she has been bringing it. For Sundays red carpet I picked this Georges Chakra Fall 2015 Couture strapless navy blue embellished full skirted cocktail dress. It really could be any of the women on this list who could pick up this dress but I think that it would look adorable on Cam. Now I am picking a pair of black mesh and crystal strass embellished Christian Louboutin ‘Follies’ pumps to add even more sparkle, and I am sure that cam will have her signature blonde curls and I would have her add a bold red lip to finish this look off for the red carpet. 
Carrie Underwood really disappointed me with her pageant mom hair in her Nicholas Jerban gown at the 2016 Grammy Awards so I am hoping that she will redeem herself Sunday at the American Music Awards. I would love to see Carrie take to the red carpet wearing this midnight blue Zuhair Murad Fall 2015 Couture chiffon gown which features a plunging neckline and starburst embellishments from the waist line. I think that this would be a look for Carries red carpet record book and I think she would look so chic and glamorous in this look. I would keep the styling very chic with a simple updo, a lightly smokey eye, platinum satin Judith Leiber ‘Coffered Rectangle’ clutch, a pair of silver Jimmy Choo ‘Laurita’ glittered metallic leather platform sandals, and a simple pair of Forevermark diamond drop earrings to ensure that Carrie has a major red carpet moment at the ACM Awards. 
Kacey Musgraves is the one that I am really hoping will bring the fashion factor to the red carpet at the 2016 Academy of Country Music Awards. Kacey rocked the red carpet at the 2016 Grammy Awards wearing a tiered Armani Prive moody multicolored gown and was one of the most interesting looks of the night and I am hoping that her pageant-y side doesn’t show up on Sunday. I would love to see Kacey take to the red carpet wearing this black lace Giorgio Armani Fall 2016 RTW strapless a-line gown. While it is just a black lace gown it still exudes a modern glamour that I think Kacey would look amazing wearing on the red carpet. I would continue to bring the fashion factor to this look with a chic pony tail, a red lip, a black & white Rauwolf ‘Brutalist’ clutch, and strappy black Giuseppe Zanotti ‘Gwyneth’ sandals to ensure that Kacey has a beautiful moody moment on the red carpet. 
And rounding out my wish list for the 2016 Academy of Country Music Awards is Miranda Lambert. I usually either like or hate what Miranda wears on the red carpet and I am hoping that come Sunday’s red carpet I get a look that I love. When I saw the Georges Hobeika Fall 2016 RTW collection lookbook I fell in love with quite a few of the looks in the collection and one that I did was this black lace bodice gown with a flowing silk skirt and I think that Miranda would phenomenal in it. This gown exudes tough glamour and I think that Miranda would take this look and work it on the red carpet. I would keep the lookbooks belt adding sleek locks, a red lip, and a pair of gold detailed black Giuseppe Zanotti ‘Drew’ sandals to compliment the tough glam of this look for the red carpet.
“The Jungle Book” London Premiere Red Carpet Wish List
10 days after the LA Premiere of The Jungle Book the cast will step out to premiere this film in Europe at the films London premiere on April 14, 2016. As I said yesterday Lupita Nyong’o is currently staring in Eclipsed on Broadway, so while she is not scheduled to perform on the day of the LA premiere there is a performance of the show the date of the London premiere. If Lupita’s understudy goes in for her on the night of The Jungle Book’s London premiere and she makes the transatlantic journey I would love to see Lupita take the red carpet in this black and gold Oscar de la Renta Fall 2016 RTW strapless gown which features sequins at the bodice, a fitted waist, and a peacock motif gold embroidered full skirt. I think that this would be a chic and elegant yet bold statement for Lupita to glisten down the red carpet wearing. Lupita has never been one to shy away from a little (or a lot) of sparkle or shine and I think that she would look lovely walking the red carpet in this gown. I would have Lupita add a gold diamond encrusted headband, a red lip, and a pair of gold Christian Louboutin ‘Bareta’ pointed toe pumps to just add the perfect finishing touches to this red carpet look. 
If Lupita is on stage in New York City the same day as the London premiere of The Jungle Book it will be up to Scarlett Johansson to bring the glamour to the red carpet. I haven’t felt the magic from ScarJo on the red carpet in a while and I am hoping that she will be bringing it as she premieres her blockbuster films this year. For The Jungle Book‘s London premiere I would really love to see Scarlett wearing this purple Reem Acra Fall 2016 RTW lingerie inspired fully beaded gown. This gown mixes such glamour with just the right amount of sexy to ensure that Scarlett has a perfect red carpet moment. I would keep this look very simple styling wise with just a pair of strappy black Casadei sandals, a pair of Tiffany & Co. diamond cluster earrings, and a soft pink lip to punctuate the demure sexiness of this look on the red carpet.
“The Jungle Book” LA Premiere Red Carpet Wish List
The latest live action re-creation of a classic Disney animated feature is The Jungle Book which is actually live action mixed with CGI. I have to say that the only thing about this movie that excites me is the fact that there are two gorgeous women who are part of the film’s cast, and hopefully they will be out in full force to help promote the film. The Jungle Book is slated to premiere at the El Capitan Theater in Hollywood on Monday April 4, 2016. One of the lovely ladies who stars in this film is Lupita Nyong’o who plays the role of Raksha. I am not so sure that Lupita will be jetting around the world to promote this film as is currently on Broadway starring in a play. If she does I would love to see Lupita step onto the red carpet wearing this black and gold Prabal Gurung Fall 2016 RTW v-neck chiffon flounce, button detailed dress. This is a gorgeous look and I really think that Lupita would just bring it to life on the red carpet. We all know that Lupita loves to work a gown to it’s full potential on the red carpet and I can just picture her twirling on the red carpet in this Prabal dress. Add a red lip and a pair of black and gold Paul Andrew ‘Piume’ feathered satin and 24k gold sandals and Lupita will shut the red carpet down.
Scarlett Johansson skipped out on all the premieres of her last film Hail! Caesar so I am really hoping that she will be out in full force to promote her next film this year (I didn’t realize how many movies she is in this year, gurl werks for her money) The Jungle Book. I would love to see Scarlett take to this red carpet premiere wearing this stunning gold embroidered from the Roberto Cavalli Spring 2016 Couture collection. We haven’t seen anyone out in Cavalli Couture on the red carpets in a while and why not let ScarJo be the first. This gown is glamorous and perfectly sexy for Scarlett. Emblazon her lips with a red lip adding a gold clutch and a pair of gold Christian Louboutin ‘Circus City’ peep toe cutout pumps and Scarlett will sizzle down the red carpet like her snakely character Kaa.
2016 White House Easter Egg Roll Fashion Wish List
After making the rounds in Cuba and Venezuela First Lady Michelle Obama is expected to make an appearance at the White House Easter Egg Roll on Monday. I would love to see the First Lady step out wearing this beautiful embroidered Altuzarra Spring 2016 RTW long sleeve coat and white shirt dress. I think that this look is a perfect option for Michelle to wear for the White House’s annual Easter festivities as it just oozes classic spring elegance. Since the Easter Egg Roll takes place on the lawn of the White House I would pair this look with a pair of Tabitha Simmons black perforated leather espadrille platform wedge sandals. This would keep this look chic and First Lady-like while maintaining a sense of casual sense of elegance yet.
2016 iHeartRadio Music Awards Red Carpet Wish List Part 2
The iHeartRadio Music Awards are next Sunday night and I am interested to see if this years red carpet will be any better than years past. Beyonce is nominated for R&B Artist of the Year and since it is the only category she is nominated in I am wondering if she is going to show up. If she does I bet it will be in a more subdued look than we are used to seeing her wear. I think that this black Atelier Versace Spring 2016 Couture suit pieced together and embellished with Swarovski crystal rope would be the perfect look for her to wear. I know I said subdued and this look is far from that for the average person, but for Beyonce I think that it works. A chic bun, a red lip, and sparkling black crystal embellished Christian Louboutin ‘Salopatina’ pumps would ensure that Beyonce has a killer moment for the iHeartRadio Music Awards.
Ellie Goulding is nominated for Best Song from a Movie for “Love Me Like You Do” from 50 Shades of Grey at the 2016 iHeartRadio Music Awards. This year Ellie has had a whole new sense of red carpet dressings, thanks to her new stylist, and I am actually taking note of her red carpet looks. For this event I would love to see Ellie rock the red carpet wearing this Burberry Fall 2016 RTW guipure lace which features lace embroidery and hand-sewn sequin floral details. I love this dress and I think its a perfect choice for Ellie, who was front row at the collections presentation during London Fashion Week. I would finish this look with chic waves, a pink lip, simple black clutch, and a pair of deep blue Brian Atwood ‘Oriana’ metallic snakeskin ankle strap peep-toe sandals to ensure that Ellie continues to give great red carpet looks at the iHeartRadio Music Awards. 
What will we see from Jennifer Lopez for the iHeartRadio Music Awards? I bet it will be short and sparky. I have a feeling that JLo is already eying the look that I would love to see her wear for this red carpet. I would not have Jennifer wear the black belt that the dress was paired with on the runway instead just opting for a sexy blown out hairstyle, a red lip, a white & silver Edie Parker ‘Jean’ acrylic confetti clutch, & a pair of nude/silver strass embellished Christian Louboutin ‘Follies Strass’ pumps to ensure that this look just drips glamour.
Selena Gomez shocked me by being one of my best dressed at the Grammy Awards in her sparkling blue custom Calvin Klein gown, and I hope she can keep the momentum from that gorgeous look going through the rest of the year. Last year I was getting very bored with Selena’s stale style and that Calvin Klein gown just made me interested again. For the iHeartRadio Music Awards, where Selena is nominated for Female Artist of the Year, Biggest Triple Threat, & Best Fan Army, I would love to see Selena bring some more sexy with this Versace Fall 2016 RTW seafoam and pink embellished slip cocktail dress. I would keep the oceanic theme of this dress alive with an Edie Parker ‘Jean’ jellyfish clutch, a pair of two tone blue Stuart Weitzman ‘Sultry’ asymmetrical suede sandals, elegant waves, and a pink lip to ensure that Selena continues to kill the red carpet.
Rounding out all of my wishes for the iHeartRadio Music Awards is Zendaya, who has nabbed herself a nomination for Biggest Triple Threat. Zendaya is probably the one that will be making it to the red carpet with the most amazing and dramatic look out of any of the nominees. I picked this Georges Hobeika Spring 2016 Couture creamy peach jumpsuit which features a dramatic embellished sheer train and yoke. I would take this look one step further with a pair of floral embellished gold Jimmy Choo ‘Lorelai’ pointed toe pumps, a chic updo, and elegant bronzed makeup to ensure that Zendaya shuts the red carpet down at the iHeartRadio Music Awards on April 3, 2016.
2016 iHeartRadio Music Awards Red Carpet Wish List Part 1
The 2016 iHeartRadio Awards will take place on April 3, at The Forum in Inglewood, California. A large group of starlets are nominated this year and I am hoping that it will be the awards show’s best red carpet yet. Adele has a total of five nominations including Song of the Year for “Hello,” Female Artist of the Year, & Album of the Year for 25. This year Adele has been working the red carpets, owning all of her looks from the likes of Valentino, Giambattista Valli, Burberry, & Givenchy Couture. For the iHeartRadio Music Awards I would love to see Adele take to the red carpet wearing this white Ralph & Russo Spring 2016 Couture cold shoulder cocktail dress. I think that this chic elegant look would look amazing on Adele giving her the platform to champion a British brand on what could be her big night. iHeartRadio is usually a more cocktail, laid back red carpet and I think that this would be perfect. A pair of nude suede Jimmy Choo ‘Storm’ crystal covered pointed toe t-strap pumps, chic updo, and pink lip would ensure that this is another major red carpet moment for Adele.
Demi Lovato is one of the confirmed performers at the iHeartRadio Music Awards and I am not exactly looking forward to her red carpet appearance. I am expecting 3 things from Demi on the iHeartRadio Music Awards red carpet: short, black, & tight. I haven’t been a fan of any of Demi’s recent red carpet looks but I think that this Balmain Pre-Fall 2016 black velvet long sleeve mini-dress with gold detailing would make for a sexy red carpet moment. This dress checks all the boxes of something that Demi would love to wear, but the question is does Demi have enough star power to be able to get her hands on this dress while it’s the most current pre-collection presented. If she does I would finish this look with pulled back hair, a red lip, and a pair of gold Giuseppe Zanotti crystal embellished sandals and Demi would have a killer red carpet moment for the iHeartRadio Music Awards.
Hailee Steinfeld is nominated for Biggest Triple Threat for being a singer/actress/model at the 2016 iHeartRadio Music Awards. I am hoping that Hailee reminds me of why I fell in love with her red carpet style in the first place. Recently Hailee as been underwhelming me in the red carpet department and I am praying that she returns to killing the red carpets soon. I think that this multicolored floral Elie Saab Fall 2016 RTW fully embellished, long sleeved, turtle neck cocktail dress. I think think that this would make for a beautiful and sexy red carpet moment while still being something that Hailee would look youthful and sexy wearing on the red carpet. I would recommend that Hailee keep the deep red belt on the red carpet and add a pair of matching red Stuart Weitzman ‘Nudist’ sandals, & sleek pushed back locks to round out an amazing red carpet look.

Usually Rihanna goes really glam for awards show red carpets so this would be a different look for her but I think that if anyone could make it work on a red carpet it would be Rihanna. Her Atelier Versace look at the Grammy Awards was a disaster and her black Alexandre Vauthier gown at the Vanity Fair Party was a gorgeous look, so I am hoping that she kills the red carpet at the iHeartRadio Music Awards. Sexy yet feminine is the route that I am going for Tay’s look for this red carpet. This strapless white Zuhair Murad Spring 2016 Couture peplum top cocktail dress with a floral embroidered sheer skirt would make for a perfect red carpet moment for Taylor. This dress meshes classic glamour and modern sexy in such a chic way and I think that Taylor would just werk her way down the red carpet at the iHeartRadio Music Awards, where she holds seven nominations. A pair of silver Christian Louboutin ‘Paris’ sandals, a white Edie Parker clutch, red lip, sleek bob, and diamond cluster earrings would ensure that Taylor gives us an amazing red carpet moment on the iHeartRadio Music Awards red carpet.

I was a little surprised to find out that the gorgeous vintage inspired gown that Wonder Woman Gal Gadot wore for the Batman Vs. Superman: Dawn of Justice red carpet premiere in London was custom Prada. It went official yesterday that Gal is now the face of the Gucci fragrance Gucci Bamboo so I was expecting her to wear a Gucci gown, and this gave me Gucci vibes. But alas I was able to confirm that this gown is a custom Prada gown. This gown was slinky ans sexy with gorgeous crystal embellished shoulder details gave Amy’s custom Antonio Berardi a run for her money. I am going to have a hard time picking one of these gowns over the other for my Best Dressed of the Month list!
2016 Olivier Awards Red Carpet Wish List
The 2016 Olivier Awards honoring the best of British theater will take place at the Royal Opera House in London on April 3, 2016. Gemma Arterton is nominated for Best Actress in a Play thanks to her role as Nell Gwynn in Apollo. One of my favorite looks from Gemma came from the 2014 Olivier Awards where she wore a custom robins egg blue Prada gown. That was such a chic moment and I am hoping that we have another come this years red carpet. I picked this lovely Cushnie et Ochs Fall 2016 RTW black ‘Liz’ floral lace plunging neckline gown for Gemma to make her way down the red carpet at this years Olivier Awards. I think that this classic gown would make for such a gorgeous red carpet moment as it really is a blank slate to build a gorgeous red carpet look with. I would pair this look with a bold red lip, a statement Bulgari sugarloaf sapphire and diamond necklace, and a pair of black Christian Louboutin sandals to ensure that Gemma has a gorgeous statement making look on the Olivier Awards red carpet.
Nicole Kidman has been on a roller coaster with her red carpet looks recently and I am hoping that come the Olivier Awards that she has a major red carpet moment. After the cartoonish circus tent Gucci gown that Nicole wore for the SAG Awards I am really hoping that she gets back on the glamour train come the Olivier Awards, where she is nominated for Best Actress in a Play for her role as Noël Coward in Photograph 51. I think that this navy long sleeve Alexis Mabille Pre-Fall 2016 lace backed gown with a sweeping train would make for such a chic red carpet moment on Nicole. These classic type of looks tend to be the ones that I love the most on Nicole and I think that this would help create a glamorous moment on the Olivier Awards red carpet, after all Nicole is a movie star. A pair of Van Cleef & Arpels pierres de caractère precious light earrings, a pair of navy satin Prada pumps, chic updo, and a red lip would ensure that Nicole has a glamorous red carpet moment at the 2016 Olivier Awards.
