I am getting very excited for what this years Grammy Awards will be. With all the possibilities from in person presenters and performers (and hopefully some winners) to looks from nominees who aren’t able to attend in person on Instagram I am ready for FASHIONS. The Grammy’s always allows for some major fashion moments we wouldn’t see on any of the film awards red carpets during award season. So I am having a lot of fun wit my wishes for the collection as well. 
Billie Eilish has always had a very interesting sense of style. Last awards season she rocked Chanel, Gucci, and Burberry track suit style looks for all the red carpets she walked. I don’t want to change her, so when I was looking for something for the singer who is nominated for 4 Grammy’s including Record of the Year and Song of the Year and is also performing at this years show I turned to the Valentino Spring 2021 Couture collection. I was thinking about all the cool boxier cut and layered looks from the collection and knew that I would find a great moment for Billie to wear on this red carpet and I found it in this look which features a gold embossed brocade cocoon cape inspired sleeveless hoodie (A COUTURE HOODIE), a sleeveless light but turtleneck, sand colored pleated front trousers, and matching elbow gloves. This moment is definitely the most Billie look that was show in this collection and I really want to see her rock it for the Grammy’s red carpet. According to her Instagram Billie is still rocking that horrible acid green roots thing. I don’t think that would work with this look though. Instead I would like to see Billie give us more of something like an deep ink blue instead. To finish the look I would style the moment with defined eyes, nude pink lips, and a pair of metallic gold Valentino Couture platform derbies. 
Cynthia Erivo is nominated for Best Song Written for Visual Media for her song “Stand Up” from Harriet. She is a consummate fashionista and so I know that had this been a regular year that she would have shown up on the Grammy’s red carpet serving a major look like she was one of the top nominated artists of the night. The fact that she is also be a part of this years post Grammy special “A Salute to the Sound of Change” would have also boded well for her being on the Grammy’s red carpet. I was going to start looking through my archives of couture runways for Cynthia, but then I saw this gold lamé button back of the shoulder peak lapel gown with an oversized drape and puffer coat backpack turned tiered train from the Paris Fashion Week presentation of the Thom Browne Fall 2021 RTW collection. There are very few stars who I think could pull a look like this off, but despite her petite frame I know that Cynthia could serve this moment up and deliver it on a red carpet and the Grammy’s would be perfect. Now for the lookbook the gown was styled with a signature black Thom Browne tuxedo on top under the gown. I would ditch that. Instead styling the gown with her signature bleached buzzed hair, smokey eyes, deep berry red glossy lips, metallic gold leather Aquazzura ‘Gin Plateau 140’ strappy platform sandals, and a statement Harry Winston white and yellow diamond collar necklace would make it a major fashion moment.
Harry Style is nominated for Best Solo Pop Performance, Best Pop Album, and Best Music Video at this years Grammy Awards and I am super disappointed that the regular red carpet isn’t going to happen. Harry has been one of my men to watch on the red carpet because he isn’t afraid to blur the gender lines on the red carpet. Now that being said Harry is still performing at this years show and I hope he serves up some cool looks. I have two looks for Harry one for the red carpet and one for a performance. The red carpet look I’ve picked for Harry is a powder blue Gucci Spring 2017 Menswear shawl lapel tailcoat tuxedo which I would style a little differently than it was on the runway I would ditch the tangerine short wide tie and change the shirt. Instead I would style the look with a classic pleated tuxedo shirt, the cummerbund front he runway, a pair of navy velvet Gucci ‘New Jordaan Horsebit’ leather trimmed logo embroidered loafers, and a major white diamond and tanzanite Gucci High Jewelry heart, arrow, and floral brooch instead of a tie to really make this a cool look for Harry. For the performance, of which I don’t have any idea what it will be, I would love to see Harry hit the stage wearing this raspberry red metallic plaid silk brocade Gucci Fall 2020 Menswear 70’s inspired wide lapel suit. It is definitely something I can see Harry being drawn to and I feel like the subtle sparkle makes it a perfect stage look. Again I would switch up the styling ditching hat, shirt, and sweater from the runway in favor of a blush pink floral jacquard Gucci blouse style button down, a pair of black Gucci ‘Zahara’ silver buckle cowboy inspired ankle boots, and a Gucci ‘Hortus Delicarium’ white diamond and morganite leaf wreath and lion head necklace for a bit of sparkle. 
Jhene Aiko will host the Grammy Premiere ceremony, which is the party of the show that isn’t televised where they hand out all kinds of awards. In addition to that she is nominated for 3 Grammy’s herself this year including Album of the Year, Best Progressive R&B Album, & Best R&B Performance. So I am really hoping to see her deliver a superb moment on the red carpet. I went for sexy glamour inspired by Grace Jones with this black/gold sequin Rami Al Ali Spring 2021 Couture draped hooded wrap style gown with a major split in the front. I love this super glam moment and I feel like it would just ooze sexy and edgy glam, especially with tight cornrow braids, perfectly laid curled edges, defined eyes, nude glossy lips, a pair of gold and black Casadei ‘Blade Jeannie’ strappy ankle strap sandals, and a statement gold basket weave Vhernier ‘Giunco’ cuff bracelet. 
The last two wishes for today are for Travis Scott & Kylie Jenner. I would have loved to see the on again off again couple back on the Grammy’s red carpet together. But since he is just nominated for one Grammy this year, Best Melodic Rap Performance, I doubt we will see either of them on the red carpet either in person or virtually. If they do I would love to see them rock superb complimentary moments starting with an industrial grey Christian Dior Pre-Fall 2021 utilitarian inspired double breasted suit with a light grey turtleneck (a menswear trend this awards season), and a red silk flower boutonniere for Travis styled with a pair of black calfskin leather Dior Men ‘Dior Explorer Boot II’ oblique embossed combat boots. It’s a cool yet chic moment and I feel like it would be something that Travis would be drawn to. For Kylie I wanted glamour and sex appeal and I found it in this red one shoulder Atelier Versace Spring 2021 Couture column gown which features a structured origami petal inspired sculptural shoulder detail and a thigh high split. I am obsessed with this gown and while I wouldn’t usually waste this major moment on Kylie I know that if anyone could bring up a major IG red carpet moment it would be Kylie. Taking this gown and styling it with a sleek flip style high pony tail, defined eyes, Kylie Cosmetics ‘Lovey Dovey’ matte lips, simple red satin Versace ankle strap platform sandals, and a selection of Jacob & Co. jewels including a pair of white diamond art deco inspired chandelier earrings and a dazzling pigeon blood ruby and white diamond three row bracelet would make sure this statement look would compliment the Dior on Travis perfectly.

I’ve always paid attention to Trevor Noah on the red carpet. He’s rocked some superb fashion moments over the years and for the Grammy’s I went with 4 AMAZING looks for Trevor from 4 different designers and each one would make for a major fashion moment. Kicking things off with a major “red carpet” moment I would love to see Trevor wearing this black Alexander McQueen Spring 2021 Menswear tuxedo which feature a statement draped asymmetrical white bow detail. I feel like this look is a statement choice giving us a very avant garde take on traditional white tie formal dressing and I do think that it would be a phenomenal moment for him to bring to life, especially for the Grammy’s when styled with a pair of
Now with all of Trevor’s fashion connections I went for all statement looks for him to wear while hosting the 2021 Grammy Awards. Starting with haute couture and this Atelier Versace Fall 2020 Couture peak lapel tuxedo which featured an intricately beaded blush to black ombre embroidery. I’ve always been excited when Versace adds menswear to it’s couture collections and always disappointed that there aren’t more stars who embrace these chic, but boundary pushing ensembles. I feel like this is definitely something that Trevor would be drawn to and I can see it come together perfectly styled exactly as it was in the lookbook.
Daisy Edgar Jones is nominated for her first Golden Globe Award for her performance in Normal People. I was looking at Daisy’s red carpet history and saw that she spent some time in Venice as a guest of Miu Miu so of course I turned back to the brand for her Globes gown. I would love to see the Best Performance by an Actress in a Limited Series, Anthology Series or a Motion Picture Made for Television nominee wearing this black tuxedo inspired Miu Miu column gown with a criss-cross bow detailed neckline, empire waist, and a thigh high split. It is a super glamorous moment and I feel like it would definitely be a perfect choice for Daisy. Now had this been for an actual red carpet I would have wanted to see a customized version with black beading and a dramatic train, but for the Globes from home I would love to see this as a perfect option. I would say that I was surprised to see Jared Leto amongst the Best Performance by an Actor in a Supporting Role in a Motion Picture nominees for his performance in The Little Things. I always love to see what he will bring to the red carpet. He is anything but predictable when it comes to his fashion choices, but I knew immediately what I wanted to see him bring to life for this years Golden Globe Awards. I would say that even if he is to appear from home I would imagine that he will still serve a look. We know he is a friend and face of Gucci so I immediately thought of him wearing this purple suit (which I believe is suede) from the Gucci Spring 2021/Pre-Fall 2021 Menswear collection which features a cropped blazer with gold baroque scroll embroidery, matching flared trousers, and a beige pussy bow blouse. He is all for a bold 70’s inspired menswear moment and this is definitely something I want to see from Jared at the Globes. There isn’t much to do to make this better, but I would take the lookbook shoes and swap them for a pair of 
I wasn’t a big fan of the emerald satin sack gown Jodie Comer wore for last years Golden Globe Awards red carpet. I was even less enthused by all her rainbow accessories. I want to see the Best Performance by an Actress in a Television Series – Drama nominee serve up a super chic look. She skipped out on attending the at home Emmy’s but I hope she brings a glamorous moment to the screen at this years Golden Globe Awards wearing this electric blue Atelier Versace Spring 2021 Couture one shoulder gown which features a blue and white crystal embellished bodice, cape sash detail, and a thigh high split. When it comes to these at home events it is all about set up and color. Well I can’t say what Jodie’s set up would look like, but this color would definitely pop on the screen. Now I would love to see Jodie style this gown with a sleek side parted low bun, defined eyes, blush pink lips, a pair of
Rosamund Pike is always one of my favorites to see on a red carpet. She brings bold, edgy glamour to any red carpet she steps out onto and I would love to see her bring something phenomenal to the screen at the 2021 Golden Globe Awards from home. I want Rosamund to bring sleek, edgy glamour to this with this white Stephane Rolland Spring 2021 Couture sweater gown in white crepe which features a window embroidered with a crystal cascade, long sleeves, and a dramatic train. It was one of my favorite gowns from the Spring 2021 Couture collections and I feel like Rosamund has the stature to really make this gown come to life. A sleek updo, defined eyes, bold red lips, a pair of major 
Her roll of a grieving mother in Pieces of a Woman has earned Vanessa Kirby her first Golden Globe Award nomination for Best Performance by an Actress in a Motion Picture – Drama. I know that Vanessa has phenomenal style and I really want to see her serve up looks during this awards season. I would assume she will go for labels like Dior, Tom Ford, Armani, and Versace; but when I was looking on the runways for the perfect gown for Vanessa to wear for the Golden Globe Awards I feel in love with the idea of her wearing this nude pink Ashi Studio Spring 2021 RTW column gown which is covered with pearl embroidery with a spray of details on the bodice and features a v-neck. I think it would look like a second skin on Vanessa and with the right styling would be one of her best looks to date. I would finish this major moment with a sleek hairstyle pulled back and tucked behind the ears, defined eyes, rose pink lips, a pair of 
Ariana Grande is nominated for SIX People’s Choice Awards and with a new album out I would love to see her on the red carpet Sunday night. We haven’t seen Ari really make a public appearance since the start of the pandemic aside from a quick appearance during the VMAs performing with Lady Gaga. So this would be a great time for Gaga to bring the fashion to the red carpet. I knew immediately who I would love to see Ari step out wearing this black and lime Georges Hobeika Spring 2021 RTE ensemble which features a beaded under bodice, feathered cuffs on 3/4 length sleeves, and a mini feathered skater skirt. It make such a statement and I feel like it is in tune with the more grown approach to dressing that Ari seems to be taking. Now to make it more Ari I would ditch the white collar that the look was paired with for the lookbook. I would make this look even more Ariana-fied styling it with a sleek ponytail, thick winged cat eyes, glossy antique rose pink lips,
After sweeping the Emmy’s I would imagine that Dan Levy is poised to take home several People’s Choice Awards this year. Dan really has become a true fashion guy rocking custom and off the runway looks from brands like Valentino, Gucci, and Thom Browne. For this weekends PCA’s I would love to see Dan continue to shun the traditional suit instead opting for this black Versace Spring 2021 RTW take on the tuxedo which features a peak lapel sleeveless oversized vest like tuxedo jacket embellished with a red crystal starfish boutonniere, a sleeveless white button down, and below the knee length shorts. It’s a risky look for sure, but I feel like Dan has the fashion chops to really make this look. Honestly I thought about changing up the styling, but I love the idea of him wearing the white logo tube socks with the black patent leather loafers with the gold medusa crest on them. I feel like on on most I wouldn’t, but I really think that Dan would sell it to me. All I would do to this look is add a pair of 
We are sure to see the always stunning Jennifer Lopez on Sunday night since she is being honored with the People’s Icon of 2020 award. If you are a regular reader you will know that I am always excited to see Mrs. Lopez on a red carpet and this is no different. Since she is receiving the Icon award I felt like I had to go Atelier Versace to pick the perfect fashion moment for her to wear to accept. I was definitely in love with this black chiffon and gunmetal sequined jumpsuit from the Atelier Versace Fall 2020 Couture collection which features a plunging neckline, a criss-cross waist, and sheer bell bottom pants the moment I saw it and I think that Jennifer would shut it down. Its a disco glam moment so I would style it with a sleek high ponytail, smokey eyes, glossy nude lips, a pair of 
When it comes to style Miley Cyrus has had a major year. She’s given us looks from Mugler and Alexandre Vauthier that I feel like have Best Dressed of the Year worthy potential. She is the first person to be able to sell me on the glam grunge mullet and for that I applaud her. I wasn’t a fan at first, but I have definitely gotten more and more into it. Should she take to the red carpet at the People’s Choice Awards, where she is nominated for Female Artist of the Year I would love to see her rock this super sexy Monot Spring 2021 RTW asymmetric draped silk gown. I feel like this look definitely speaks to the super sexy, edgy, glam, grunge, punk thing that Miley has been delivering every time she makes a red carpet appearance. Now what would really make this look a major moment would be styling it with that glam grunge mullet, defined eyes, bold matte red lips, statement 
Finishing out this list is a look that isn’t a typical look that I would pick for the People’s Choice Awards, but when Tracee Ellis Ross is being honored with the Fashion Icon Award I had to go big. I have been a huge fan of Tracee’s for a while now. She isn’t afraid to go big and bold, which is why I imagine she’s being honored as a Fashion Icon. I really didn’t have to think to hard about what I wanted to see her wear. I wanted statement making drama and that is exactly what this lime green, bubblegum pink, electric blue, tangerine orange, navy blue, and fire engine red Schiaparelli Spring 2020 Couture color blocked gown delivers. From the beaded column gown (which I would want lined for Tracee) to the major voluminous silk faille parachute cape this look delivers statement drama. Now if you think I would keep the styling of this look simple for Tracee you would be WRONG. Instead I would LOVE to see her go for it styling this gown with a a sleek center parted low bun, defined eyes, red lips, a pair of
Ashley McBryd won the Best New Artist trophy at last years CMA Awards and holds 3 nominations this year. She will also be performing in the opening tribute to the late Charlie Daniels as well as performing her own song “One Night Standards.” I don’t know anything about Ashley’s style, but I always look at all the female nominees pictures to decide if I will cover them or not (country awards aren’t known for big fashion moments) and Ashley made me interested. I don’t know who designed her gown from the Grammy Awards earlier this year, but I liked it. I also love her chest tattoo. So I went shopping. As a curvy girl on the red carpet it can be difficult to pick looks or find brands who will dress you. One brand who specifically caters to curvy women is Marina Rinaldi who recently partnered with Antonio Berardi on a capsule collection. I would love to see Ashley rock the china blue water print silk chiffon caftan gown which features a sash collar, long balloon sleeves, cut at the waist with gathering layered over a matching slip, finished with contrasting black lace. When it comes to country music Carrie Underwood is a queen, but when it comes to the red carpet not so much. I always feel like Carrie has such potential, but often times she just doesn’t live up to it. Her gown last year at the CMA Awards was a mess. It was a sheer monstrosity that had the worse shapewear slip and a dirty dishwater tulle train attached. I want Carrie to rock something major on the red carpet at the CMA Awards this year with this lavender Rami Kadi Fall 2020 Couture strapless mermaid gown which features a crystal embellished sweetheart neckline, a lattice textured drop waist bodice, crystal appliques, and a dramatic feathered skirt. It has been a hot second since we’ve seen Rami Kadi on the red carpet and I feel like Carrie wearing this gown on the red carpet at the CMA Awards would be a triumphant return for both of them. When it comes to the ladies of country music it’s Kacey Musgraves whom is really the only “fashion” girl out there. For tomorrow night’s CMA Awards I went with another major high fashion moment picking this rose gold chainmail Atelier Versace Fall 2020 Couture gown which features a plunging v-neck, off the shoulder knot draped sash over the shoulders, fitted silhouette, and a thigh high split. Maren Morris tries really hard to be a high fashion country princess, but it just doesn’t work. I tend to think that she comes across looking like she’s trying to hard when she steps out for a red carpet. Earlier this year she wore Alexander Wang and Versace for the ACM Awards and both were very disappointing looks. I feel like she should go for the sugary sweet side of country red carpets and that would be better than trying to force high fashion moments. Case and point? I think that this blush pink Georges Chakra Spring 2020 Couture strapless mini dress with a dramatic cape train would be a really great moment for Maren to bring to life on the red carpet. It is soft and sexy and despite its drama doesn’t seem like something that would have to be forced. It was a natural pick. While it would fit the boxes of your typical country music awards red carpet look I also think that Maren would be able to make it her best red carpet moment ever especially if she were to style this gown with a sleek high bun, defined eyes, bold pink lips, a pair of 
The final wish I have for this years CMA Awards is for Miranda Lambert. She doesn’t walk many red carpets and she doesn’t have really good style. In fact for this wish I went for something every classic ans glamorous. She isn’t going to push boundaries so why even try. It’s been a while since I’ve even loved one of Miranda’s simpler looks. I feel like this black Tony Ward Spring 2021 RTW Chantilly lace fitted gown which features multicolor floral embroideries overlapped with a draping asymmetrical Georgette gathered on the waistline screams eleganza and would be a super chic moment for Miranda to bring to life on this red carpet. I wouldn’t be a major Best Dressed of the Year moment, but with old Hollywood waves, smokey eyes, bold red lips, a 
The Jonas Brothers have been giving great coordinated looks as they’ve been on the red carpet promoting their return. I turned to the newest Atelier Versace collection that featured more menswear then we have ever seen before. I picked three complimentary looks that I feel speaks to each of the brother’s sense of style. Let’s start with Nick. I love this gold chainmail tuxedo blazer with gold striped pants. Nick can be drawn to a very extra take on masculinity and that is exactly what we see in this look. For Kevin I went a little more conservative with a black silk jacquard double breasted tuxedo that features some crystal embellishment on the shoulders and gold buttons. Out of the three brothers Kevin is definitely the most conservative when it comes to style, but he isn’t afraid to push the boundaries a little bit. This look speaks to both sides of Kevin’s style. Finally for Joe I went with the most avant garde style which features a peak label blazer with rose pink to black ombre blazer. It’s a cool look and I know that Joe would make sure it was a super cool moment for the red carpet. 
Of the Jonas Brother wives Priyanka Chopra is by far the most fashionable. I have long loved seeing Priyanka on the red carpet and I’m disappointed that we won’t get to see her and Nick together on the red carpet. I decided to pick a look from the same Atelier Versace collection I picked the tuxedos for Nick, Kevin, & Joe. I LOVE this sunset orange and coral pink strapless gown which features a crystal embellished lace bodysuit and a scarf style a-line skirt with a thigh high split and a dramatic train. I feel like this color would be major on Priyanka. Old Hollywood waves, bronze smokey eyes, dark coral lips, a pair of 
Sophie Turner is locked to her Louis Vuitton contract so I am sure that if she were to attend the VMA’s with the Joe Jonas I know she would rock an LV look on the red carpet. There aren’t many I really would want to see her bring to life. I do think that this speed racer meets bohemian meets rock and roll glam moment from the Louis Vuitton Fall 2019 RTW collection is really one of the only looks I would like to see Sophie bring to life on this red carpet. The leather bodice and the mini skirt over the chiffon pants is a cool look and I think that it could be a cool look for Sophie to bring to life with a sleek high ponytail, thick defined eyes, bold red lips, a pair of 
Danielle Jonas doesn’t do a while lot of fashion I would have still loved to see her bring some glamour to the red carpet at the VMAs with her husband Kevin. I don’t have a while lot to reference when it comes to Danielle’s style I thought this silver grey Nedo by Nedret Taciroğlu Spring 2020 Couture gown would be perfect. Its super glamorous and I feel like it would compliment the Atelier Versace tuxedo I’ve picked for Kevin. I would love to see Danielle wear this gown with a sleek updo, defined eyes, deep rose pink lips, a pair of 
I’ve loved everything that Anya Taylor Joy has worn this year. She has a very avant garde spirit and stylist Law Roach has really embraced it. I am most sad that she will not get a major red carpet to rock for this premiere. I know that she and Law would have cooked up something major. When I saw this yellow and white beaded fringe one shoulder Atelier Versace Fall 2020 Couture mini dress which features a sash draped sleeve I knew I found a major moment I feel like Anya would deliver it with a sense of innocence and wood nymph whimsy. It is a little on the sexier side than we are used to seeing from Anya, but I feel like her light innocence would overtake the super sexiness of this dress. Style it with a loose romantic updo, defined eyes, soft pink lips, a pair of 
Now Maisie Williams knows how to deliver edgy moments on the red carpet, but I went for something a little more feminine and glamorous for her to wear had there been a red carpet premiere for The New Mutants. I saw this rose pink (which looks a little more coral-ly in the image) liquid sequin Markarian Fall 2020 RTW ‘Loulou’ a-line gown which features a belted waist, deep V neckline, floral embellished straps, and a long train and thought it would be a really glam moment for Maisie to wear on the red carpet to promote a blockbuster movie.
